Dear parishioners,
My sincere thanks for all your prayers, best wishes and kindnesses to me around my 25th ordination anniversary. I have been overwhelmed and thankfulness is the deepest feeling that flows from my heart at this time. Thankfulness to God, my Salesian brothers, my family, and all the people who have been part of my 25 years of priesthood - but also those who helped me get to that point in my life. I am so aware that I did not do it on my own, and in that sense I hope it was a celebration and thanksgiving for all those who have been part of my priestly life. I believe it is important for individuals to mark milestones in their lives - and as much as we prefer to avoid the lime-light, it gives us prespective, appreciation and vision for 'now and the future' when we do it well. Thanks for helping me to do that ...
My little back injury that is quite painful has marked the occasion in a physical way - but it is nothing in comparison to my heart joy at this time.

Our parish night from our theme 'Gratitude leading to Action' was well attended and thanks to those who shared with us.
