Our Parish Vision
A faith community growing with Christ and His Church, building the Kingdom of God, in the Salesian charism.
MLT members possess the following qualities: An enthusiasm about the future direction of our Parish; Active Catholic Parishioner of St John Bosco Engadine for at least four years. Active member of one or more Parish Ministry Group. A strong understanding of the role of many of the Parish Ministries. Organisational and leadership skills Clear thinker with ability to problem-solve Strong facilitation and collaborative skills Intermediate PC skills Current, verified Working With Children Check, or a willingness to obtain this.
Key roles of the MLT are: To work in close collaboration with team colleagues, in providing support for the Parish Priest with respect to his responsibilities for parish administration. Calling all to plan and engage in the Parish Vision and Mission Discerning ministry leaders Develop and maintain a record of key parish ministry roles, and the role definitions and succession planning for those ministries Maintain communication with the Parish Associate Organisations through attendance at the developing educational leaders meetings to unify and complement the Parish. Operational troubleshooting To represent the Parish as appropriate

We suggest you contact a member of the Finance Team (via Paul boscooperations@gmail.com) for assistance in developing your application to the Parish Finance and Mission Leadership Teams. In the interests of good Governance, the conditions of approval are in this Terms of Reference for Charitable and Pastoral Works and this online application is required to be completed.
