An interesting reflection: "Priests are among the happiest members of society according to a recent survey of 2,500 priests conducted by Monsignor Stephen Rossetti, Associate Dean for seminary and ministerial programs at The Catholic University of America. In an interview with Zenit, Mgr Rosetti says "There have been a number of studies in the United States over the last few years with exactly the same findings: About 90% of priests report that they are happy. In my study, it was 92.4%." By contrast, 50% of Americans have reported being unhappy with their jobs. In Australia, studies carried out by scholars from Charles Sturt University who interviewed 500 priests reported that 90.2% of priests said their lives as priests had been fulfilling."
